Life Time Warranty

We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry pieces, ensuring that your Jenifer Maison Fine Jewelry will receive proper care whenever needed. We fully stand behind our craftsmanship.

We will repair your jewelry for as long as you own it. Additionally, you may send your piece to us anytime for a complimentary cleaning and inspection, ensuring it stays beautiful and in top condition.

However, there are some limitations to our warranty:

  • The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center or focal stones. We recommend insuring your piece to protect against the rare case of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
  • Some of our jewelry includes one-of-a-kind stones. If they become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a similar stone, but the color and type may vary depending on what is available.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs (both ways) for cleaning, inspections, and repairs.

Important Notice: In addition to shipping costs, customers are responsible for any import fees or customs charges. Please check with your local customs office for potential fees when sending your jewelry for repair.

All repairs are free within the first two years of ownership (except for focal stone replacement). After two years, a small labor or material fee may apply for repairs.

Daily use can cause normal wear and tear to fine jewelry. Our experts will evaluate your piece, and if repairs are needed beyond normal wear, we’ll provide details on labor costs and material fees.

Third-Party Repairs: The warranty is void if you have the piece resized or repaired by a jeweler other than Jenifer Maison.
