What if the ring doesn’t fit?
In the event that the ring doesn't fit perfectly, there's no need to worry. Getting the size spot-on can be a common challenge. If adjustments are needed, simply send the ring back for resizing to achieve that ideal fit.
We provide complimentary resizing within a range of 2 sizes up or down within 30 days after receiving the item. For resizing beyond two sizes, a fee of $69 will be applicable. The feasibility of resizing may vary based on the design complexity, and certain items might not be resizable.
