Custom Jewelry Manufacturing: Creating each custom jewelry piece takes about 2 to 3 business weeks. After manufacturing is complete, we will seek your confirmation before shipping.
Shipping and Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 6 to 9 business days. Please note that Jenifer Maison is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather or other unexpected conditions. We do not ship to PO boxes. If the customer changes the delivery address with the shipping carrier while the package is in transit, any resulting delivery delays will be the customer's responsibility.
Free Delivery: We provide free delivery to your address. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
Product Changes: If a customer wants to make any changes to the product before shipment, the manufacturing time will restart from day one.
