At Jenifer Maison, we believe your ring should fit just as beautifully as it looks. That’s why we offer a one-time complimentary ring resizing within the first 12 months from the delivery date, subject to design and metal eligibility.

Please review the details below to understand how our resizing service works.

1. Engagement & Wedding Rings

We offer one complimentary resize for all engagement and wedding rings within 12 months of delivery.

Resizing availability depends on the ring’s design and structure. Before proceeding, we recommend contacting us with your desired size adjustment so our team can confirm whether resizing is possible.

Any resizing requested after 12 months, or after the complimentary resize has already been used, may incur a minimal service fee.

2. Ready-to-Ship Rings

All ready-to-ship rings include one complimentary resize within 12 months of delivery.

If a ring has already been resized once from its original stock size and requires another adjustment, it must be assessed by our team to determine feasibility.

Please note that after an initial resize, the allowable resizing range may be reduced due to the structure and integrity of the metal. We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before requesting your first resize.

3. Rings With Engraving

Whenever possible, engravings are placed in areas that minimize impact during resizing. However, in certain cases, resizing may affect the engraving.

If this occurs, we will redo the engraving at no additional cost.

4. How to Request a Resize

To request a resize, please email us at support@jenifermaison.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Your date of purchase
• The size adjustment you are requesting

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions.

5. Complimentary Resizing Terms & Conditions

• Each ring order includes one complimentary resize within 12 months of delivery
  
• Shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility
  
• If the requested resize exceeds the allowable range, the ring may need to be remade
  
• In case of a remake, you will only be required to pay the difference amount
  
• Remakes typically take up to 2 weeks, excluding shipping
  
• Payment of the difference amount is required in advance
  
• The original ring must be returned and inspected before the new ring is shipped
  
• Resizing performed by any third-party jeweler will void your warranty
  

6. Rings That Cannot Be Resized

The following ring styles are not eligible for resizing:

• Full pavé bands
  
• Open bands
  
• Full eternity bands
  

7. Exceptions & Special Considerations

Some designs require additional evaluation before resizing:

Basket Settings

Due to their structure, basket settings have limited resizing flexibility.

• Resizing may cause the band to appear slightly oval
  
• Typically resizable ½ size less than the standard allowable range, depending on band type
  

Cathedral Settings

Cathedral designs also have limited resizing potential.

• Only the lower portion of the band can be adjusted
  
• Larger size changes may result in a slightly oval shape
  
• Usually resizable ½ size less than the standard allowable range
  

Custom Rings

Custom designs are assessed individually to ensure resizing will not compromise structural integrity. Please contact us with your order details for confirmation.
